OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ZERO IF THE SERVICE IS FREE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finance Tracker from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
